These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Screlocity website, platform, and services ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Screlocity is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides AI-powered resume screening and candidate evaluation tools. The platform helps organisations efficiently process, analyse, and tier-rank resumes against job descriptions using advanced AI models.

We may update or modify features at any time to improve the Service.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activities occurring under your account
  • Immediately notifying us of any unauthorised use of your account

We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access.

4. Subscription, Billing & Payment

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees
  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Permit us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis

All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or as otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with the Service
  • Upload content that is unlawful, hateful, harmful, or infringing
  • Use automated methods to access or extract data from the platform without permission
  • Upload resumes or personal data without proper authorisation from the data subjects

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. User Content

"User Content" includes resumes, job descriptions, text, data, and materials you upload or input into the Service.

By using the Service, you:

  • Retain all ownership rights to your User Content
  • Grant us a limited licence to process, store, and analyse your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service

You are responsible for ensuring your User Content does not violate any applicable laws or rights of third parties.

7. AI-Generated Analysis

The platform analyses and scores resumes using one or more AI models. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated scores and analysis may be inaccurate or incomplete
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated results before making hiring decisions
  • Screlocity is not liable for any consequences of relying on AI-generated analysis
  • AI analysis is intended to assist, not replace, human judgement in recruitment

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in the Service — including software, algorithms, branding, design, and intellectual property — belong to Screlocity.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal or business use in accordance with these Terms.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how your data is collected, used, and protected.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms and AI providers in order to deliver its functionality. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by these third-party platforms, and their use is subject to their own terms and policies.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You fail to pay subscription fees

Upon termination:

  • Your licence to use the Service ends immediately
  • We may retain or delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

  • The accuracy or reliability of AI-generated scores and analysis
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • That the Service will meet your specific requirements

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Screlocity shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Any claim exceeding the amount you paid in the prior 12 months

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limitations may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Screlocity against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your User Content
  • Your violation of these Terms or third-party rights

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
